Unclassified Doctor of Optometry as offered by Uniben, simply means the degree is not classified. That is the CGPA system is not applicable to it, and at the end of the programme, there will be no First class degree, Second class degree or even a third Class degree awarded to the graduating student. This is the reason why it is called Unclassified.

The difference may be in the classification of the programme in either of the school.

You are welcome, Yes they are doctors. An optometrist is an eye doctor who has gotten the Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. They examine eyes for both vision and health problems, and correct refractive errors by prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses for patients.
