Internship in Nigeria
« on: January 23, 2011, 09:42:46 PM »
Hello. I do not know where can I find information about internships in Nigeria.  :(
I am studying at the Faculty of Medicine (third year) in Europe.
Internship in my country paid. I decided after graduation to pass an internship in another country, where I will work after the internship. I have heard that in some African countries, free internship with salary.
Now I want to select the country. The remaining years will teach the appropriate official language.
How long is an internship in Nigeria?
Paid it?
What is the GPA needed?
How to choose a specialty physicians in Nigeria?  ???
Thank you all for your help.

Internship programs for physician in Nigeria is usaully a period of one year and salaries are been paid ranging from N130,000 to N200,000 monthly in many fedral medical centers and teaching hospital.
However for the GPA, i dont think it is considered, just have your MBBSC or your Bsc. though exams and interview will be done before you are selected.
