This is a short tip to help you get your dstv subscription reactivated on time once you have made payment through any of the bank accepting payment for Dstv multi choice. After making your payment, simply send a text to 30333. the content of your message should be as follows " RA, your smart card e.g 32445789344" after that you will get a message from Dstv saying "Dear subscriber, the reauth process is in progress" After a while your dstv will get activated.
Dstv so much more!!!

@ Joshua where is your location? you can activate the DStv by sending SMS to the dedicated DSTV number set up for this, which is 30333 and you can send SMS requests to it in order to also manage your DSTV account.
To Reactivate your DSTV account, simply send RA Smart Card Number to 30333 from your phone.

After you've sent the request for re-activation, you will receive a confirmatory sms from DSTV saying "Dear Subscriber, the request process is in progress". You should wait a bit and ensure that your DSTV decoder is switched on and your channels would be unscrambled after they've reauthorized and reactivated your DSTV account.

Ok, you need to call DStv service center (0026622400314 or 0026658570129) with your tv on and your DStv decoder on, they will ask you for your Decoder number, and other information, and your signal will be restored.

Secondly, you can email them at kmohasi@lesothopost.org.ls ,  Or SMS your Smart Card number to 31401 or dial *120*68584#.

pls I just subscribed 1,800 on my dstv now and it is not coming up,not yet activated,did it through onine banking,got a debit  alert....and yet not activated...

Keep your tv on and connected to the Dstv decoder, then call customer care in your location. They will ask you a fee question and will help you activate it.
